Nux VomicaTinctura Strychni, B.P.

Bottle No. 31 · Fluid Extract · 30 ml

Poison — not to be taken internally without direction

Directions · Modus Adhibendi

Sumendus post cibum, aqua diluta.

Take the prescribed quantity in a wineglass of cold water, after food, thrice in the day. The tincture is bitter in the extreme; a little orange syrup may be added without impairing its action. Shake the bottle before each measure, as the resinous matter settles readily in cool weather.

Should tremor, stiffness of the jaw, or heightened sensitivity to light or sound present themselves, discontinue at once and send for the attending physician. Keep the bottle stoppered, upright, and in the locked press.
