Condition report
Surface sound throughout. Fine laminar cleavage along the lower right edge, arrested and stable since first survey. The iron pin shows active but contained corrosion; no staining has migrated into the slate matrix.
Tally incisions remain legible under raking light at 20°. No consolidant applied.
