      Note 01

      Assemble downward

Work top to base with the body inverted. The burr stack self-centres once the axle passes the upper bearing — never force the collar past its detent.

      Note 02

      Torque discipline

      1. Crank screw — 0.6 N·m
      2. Burr carrier — 1.2 N·m
      3. Base ring — hand tight + 15°

      Note 03

      Do not lubricate

All bearings run dry by design. Oil migrates into the grind chamber within four weeks and will taint every dose afterwards. Brush only.
